On-line Computer Knowledge and Skills Program (SOCKS)
SOCKS is an online training program that provides spouses the opportunity to develop or update their computer skills and enhance career opportunities.
A&FRC is now issuing licenses for the 2009-2010 SOCKS year! These licenses will be good until October 31, 2010. Spouses may sign up at any time throughout the year, but the earlier they sign up, the more time they’ll have to take advantage of this great program.
Attached please find a flyer and tri-fold for distribution. This year USAFE allotted Ramstein 200 licenses! Licenses are available to all active-duty military spouses (any branch of service)and also DoD civilian spouses. We request those interested to contact us at CIV: 06371-47-5100 or DSN: 480-5100 or just stop by the A&FRC (Bldg 2120) at any time (M-F from 0730 to 1630) to fill out the user agreement. The sign-up process only takes a few minutes.
